About Us

We created this website to inform people--tourists and natives--about San Francisco. We wanted people to know the best places to visit, to eat, how to get around, and how to stay safe. We find this very important, because if you want to come to San Francisco, we want you to know your way around our amazing city. And, if you already live here, then this website is a great place to explore and learn more about our city, especially if you're bored and looking for some action or if you are having a staycation and don't know what to do. As native San Franciscans, we know all the best places to be.

All of us helped to code this website using HTML, CSS, Python, and Bootstrap. We are all part of an awesome coding club called Girls Who Code (GWC). GWC is a non-profit organization that tries to increase the number of women in computer science by teaching girls to code. By doing this they are working to close the gender gap in technology and change the image of what a programmer looks like. After many weeks of hard work and dedication, we are proud to show off our website to the world.
